CORPORATE
Our corporate department undertake preparation and execution of all types of corporate documents including Shareholders Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Contractual Documentation, Partnership Agreements, Shareholder Agreements and Agreements relating to Equity Participation. We also conduct due diligence exercises in relation to listing and merger and acquisition transactions and advise clients on corporate finance issues and regulatory issues related to the takeover code and the listing rules.

CONVEYANCING
Our conveyancing department comprises of a group of lawyers and staffs who are specialized in the sale and purchase of landed properties. We advise on matters involving the related agreements, application of consent and approval from the respective authorities and all other relevant work.

LITIGATION
Our litigation department is able to assist clients in a full range contentious litigation work. This includes banking, commercial contracts, probate, hire- purchase matters, winding–up and executing proceedings.
The department has vast expertise in relation to recovery of debts for our personal and corporate clients. We also have a research unit to update our clients from time to time on their corporate documentation such as their personal guarantees, corporate guarantees and commercial form agreements to ensure that their interest is safeguard and protected at all times.

NOTARY PUBLIC
* Witnessing the signing of sale and purchase agreements, deeds, contracts, and other documents for use abroad.

* Administering oaths or affirmations in connection with affidavits or statutory declarations for use abroad, and attesting such documents.
* Certifying true copies of documents such as identity documents, marriage certificates, academic transcripts, bank statements, proof of address, and more.
